Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The RRTV Interactive TV Great Travel Sweepstakes (the “Prize Draw”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any products, services or equipment for the purposes of entering this Prize Draw. Employees of Next One Interactive, LLC and any of its parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Prize Draw is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial, and local laws and regulations. Void in Quebec and where prohibited. Participation constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and RRTV's decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Timing: The Prize Draw begins on April 27, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on June 30, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Prize Draw Period"). RRTV's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Prize Draw.

3. How to Enter: Entries may only be submitted during the Prize Draw Period. Eligible contestants may submit (i) an entry by completing the Prize Draw registration form, including an email address, located at [www.RRTV.com/sweeps] (ten (10) entries will be submitted for each completed registration form, subject to a maximum of ten (10) such entries per contestant) OR (ii) one hundred (100) entries by registering and signing up for RRTV's Travel Club, located at [www.RRTV.com/travelclub]. A maximum of one hundred and eleven (111) total entries per contestant is allowed. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's plays and that participant will be disqualified.

4. Drawing: RRTV will randomly select a Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries on or after Jan 7, 2011 and will notify the winner by email and/or via mail. Except where prohibited, the Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return to RRTV, within three (3) days following announcement of the winner, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (or Declaration of Compliance, if Canadian resident) in order to claim his/her prize. If a Canadian resident, the potential grand prize winner will be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill testing question without any assistance in order to be eligible to receive the Grand Prize. If the potential winner is a Canadian resident and the question is answered incorrectly, the prize will be forfeited. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, fails to execute and return the Affidavit or Declaration of Compliance within the required time period (if applicable), is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits the prize. If a potential Grand Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize may be awarded to a runner-up, if any, at RRTV’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prizes: One Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize winner may select one of the following three options as her or his grand prize, subject to applicable terms and conditions including those specified below:

i. Ancient Egypt Vacation

Included are four nights in Cairo with guided sightseeing, all transfers, all-inclusive three-night Nile River cruise aboard a 5 star vessel, internal flights in Egypt, most meals.

Offer is based on double occupancy, is not inclusive of International Airfare, International Tax, Visa acquisition, tips, insurance and personal items. Travel is not available between December 15, 2011 to January 15, 2012. Travel is based on cruise availability. Not responsible for errors or omissions. Approximate retail value of $4,000 USD.

ii. Alaskan Cruise

Included are 7-Nights aboard Royal Caribbean’s Rhapsody of the Sea’s through the inside passage to Alaska. The ports of call include Juneau, Skagway, Tracy Arm Fjord Glacier and Victoria, British Columbia. All meals and entertainment are provided while aboard the vessel.

Offer is based on double occupancy, is not inclusive of Airfare to Seattle, WA, Gratuities and government taxes. Transfers. Alcoholic beverages and specialty dining. Sodas. Fuel Surcharges are subject to apply. Availability is for August 2011 and September 2011 only aboard Rhapsody of the Sea’s. Approximate retail value of $3,600

iii. Ecuador and Galapagos

Included are three nights in Quito with sightseeing, all transfers, round trip Galapagos airfare from Quito, & an all inclusive three-night cruise in a Galapagos Yacht with island excursions. You will enjoy guided excursions that may include watching giant tortoises at close range, snorkeling with sea lions and white-tipped sharks, and hiking on lava fields.

Offer is based on double occupancy, is not inclusive of International Airfare, Galapagos Tax and Entry Fee (Ingala), Galapagos Fuel Surcharge, Ecuador departure tax, tips, insurance and personal items. The Grand Prize winner must select one of the above prize options and book a stay by December 31, 2011 and complete travel by June 30, 2012, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. All reservations are final. Destinations and travel times are subject to availability and confirmed on a first come, first served basis.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption will be permitted unless RRTV, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. RRTV reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all federal, state, territorial, provincial, and local income and other taxes and any other costs, expenses or fees associated with prize acceptance and/or use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at RRTV's sole discretion.

6. Release: Each contestant and winner agrees to release and hold harmless RRTV and its affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Prize Draw or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Prize Draw constitutes winner’s consent to RRTV's and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

8. General Conditions: RRTV reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Prize Draw, or any part of it, for any reason. RRTV reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw.

9. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Prize Draw; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Prize Draw or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Prize Draw or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

10. Disputes: Except where prohibited, participants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Prize Draw or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state courts situated in Morris County, New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Prize Draw, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and RRTV in connection with the Prize Draw, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
